A fast paced, collaborative Talent Manager opportunity has arisen to work for a leading IT Solutions provider. You will be responsible for end to end talent management, including head hunting, direct sourcing and candidate pooling; whilst driving forward training and development across the business.
This is a unique and flexible opportunity which can be offered on a part-time basis. You will work flexibly for circa 17-25 hours per week.
Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure top talent is attracted
Direct sourcing emphasis on Sales professionals
Headhunting and direct sourcing through a variety of online mediums
To create a successful talent pool for future hires
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
You will have end to end Talent Management experience ideally gained from within a fast pace SME organisation. If you have experience within the IT/Technology industry this is highly advantageous, combined with the ability to directly source Technical IT Sales professionals.
