Talent Management Coordinator
Aon are currently recruiting a Talent Management Coordinator to join our team in Farnborough. This role is immediately available and will be part of the team which manages our Apprenticeship, Early Careers & Professional Studies programmes within the Talent Management department of our HR team. The team have responsibility for recruiting and developing new talent, as well as developing our current colleagues through the range of professional qualifications and apprenticeships.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in Talent Management and who wants to build their career within HR. The role will work across all business units in a high profile team which works closely senior leaders from across HR and our business. About the Role
As a Talent Management Coordinator some of your key responsibilities will involve:
Planning learner cohorts (groups of c.15 colleagues) and individual learner on-boarding support, including liaising with learning providers and ensuring that all required learner documentation is completed as required,Managing learner waiting lists and working with Apprenticeship Lead and Early Careers Programme Manager to group learners into cohorts, ensuring learners from the same teams are spread across cohorts to reduce business impact,Manage, document and develop the onboarding processes with the support of the Early Careers Programme Manager so the processes can be transitioned to the Talent Management Administration team in Q3 and Q4 2018,Coordinating and supporting the delivery at learner induction training events (2-4 per month),Manage and answer queries from learners and managers regarding the apprenticeship programmes and professional studies at Aon, and develop processes and supporting materials to enable this activity to be transitioned to the Talent Management Administration team in Q3 and Q4 2018,Ongoing support for current apprenticeship programmes, including learner, manager and HR queries,Support the development and delivery of new programmes planned for 2018,Managing content for Aon’s internal apprenticeship webpages, including developing content with the support of the Apprenticeship Lead and working with the communication team to update content and include new content as new programmes are developed,Working with Aon’s Payroll Team and the Apprenticeship Lead to ensure Aon’s digital apprenticeship account is an accurate reflection of the money paid to HMRC,Monitoring payments made from Aon’s digital apprenticeship account to learning providers and ensuring this is accurate based on learner records,Support the Apprentice Lead in the delivery of new Talent Management projects, such as Aon Traineeship programme,...
