Talent Management Advisor

Talent Management Advisor required for our corporate client based in stunning offices in Weybridge!

Due to maternity leave, our client is currently recruiting for a Talent Management Advisor for a 12 month fixed term contract.

You will be providing a HR generalist service to the UK side of the business which will include recruitment, providing employee relations advise ensuring legal and company compliance and managing occupational health referrals.

As Talent Management Advisor, you will be an experienced HR professional with a proven background in interviewing and recruitment. You must have up to date legislative knowledge and preferably hold a certificate in HR practice. You must be an excellent communicator and be confident with MS Office and experience SAP HR would be highly beneficial.

This role is considered full time but the client may consider the right candidate on a 4 day week basis.
