Our successful client based in Weybridge are looking for a Talent Management Advisor to join their team on a 12 month contract. The purpose of the position is to provide a HR service and supporting functions alongside the global HR team. This will include recruitment and selection, providing an advisory service on employee relations matters ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies, managing the occupational health referral process and ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

The duties involve:
Making sure all documentation is completed in line with SLA's
Ensuring the company is compliant with company policy and procedures where relevant
Responding to HR queries from employees and Line Managers
Taking responsibility for recruitment within the business, include drafting internal adverts, shortlisting CV's
Managing the recruitment inboxes and respond to job enquiries and referrals
Being aware of any changes to employees terms and conditions or changes that need actioning on SAP
Taking minutes, drafting letters and Settlement Agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures
Referring to HR Managers where relevant
Advising on HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with employment law
Supporting the HR Manager with any administration
Supporting with dismissals, redundancies, grievances and disciplinaries
Advising and coaching line managers on interviewing techniques
Tracking recruitment and medical budgets, ensuring these have up to date information for HR Managers

To be considered you will:
Maintain fantastic communication skills
Have worked in a fast paced environment previously
Have a minimum of 4 years' HR experience
Have at least 2 years in a HR advisory role
Understand the recruitment process
Maintain good attention to detail
Be confidential in you work
Preferably be CIPD qualified
Have previous interviewing experience is essential
Maintain knowledge of UK HR legislation
Work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
