My client is a leading multinational law firm based in central London who are looking to hire a Talent Development Manager on a 12 month FTC.
The Talent Development Manager will assist the Head of Talent Development with the implementation of talent development strategy and new initiatives.
The key duties will include:
- Identify and develop the development needs of individuals in the firm
- Design and deliver blended development services
- Build strong relationships within the firm, on all levels
- Work with groups and individuals on personal progress plans
- Lead the departmental internal communications
- Draft policies
The Talent Development Manager will have significant experience in designing and delivering Talent Development solutions within a professional services environment. They will have experience in facilitating assessment and development centres as well as coaching and mentoring individuals, a coaching qualification is desirable. They will have a degree or equivalent/ relevant professional qualification in HR or Talent Development. They will have a willingness to travel to other UK, Middle East and European offices when required. The right candidate will be an ambassador for the firm and will be an excellent team player.
