Am currently working with a leading international firm who are looking for a Talent & Development Manager to join the team. Supporting the fee earning population this role will see you at the forefront of all key development and engagement initiatives, spearheading key projects and devising appropriate delivery methods to achieve best results.
The firm is looking for a candidate who can on the one hand manage the compliance and law society rules and regulatory piece whilst on the other develop and devise leading development, talent and engagement programmes. These will include reaching out into diversity and inclusion as well as being part of the overall fee earner performance programme. You will manage two other members of the team and also ensure their development and performance.
Essential for this role is that you are currently working in a law firm or have in the past. This is key for this role. Alongside this you will come from a solid talent and development background with a real passion and interest in this area. This is a key role for the firm, with the talent development and engagement piece at the forefront. The firm will be looking for candidates who have created and implemented initiatives, with clear measurement of ROI.
