A Global, high end retail organisation are proudly embarking on a new journey that is enabling their team to grow and develop. We are supporting with the recruitment of a Talent Change Manager, this is a newly created role that would allow the chosen individual the opportunity to shape the future of the company and support with the implementation of positive change. As the Talent Change Manager, you will be highly analytical and able to manipulate various amounts of data that could define the way the business progresses.

Key Responsibilities

Champion projects from beginning to end across EMEA defining change in line with business needs.

Review employee engagement, talent acquisition and performance management to agree key objectives with stakeholders to initiate change.

Generate reports and deliver presentations to key stakeholders making suggestions as to how improvements could be made highlighting the positive impact the changes would make.

Lead international communications to voice views from employees, influence change initiatives successfully and manage expectations accordingly.

Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation working collaboratively to embed necessary change.


You will be analytical, detail focused with the gravitas and capability to work within an ambiguous environment. The desire to implement change will be evident and demonstrable from previous successes and campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and capable of seeing the end picture, one that will transform, inspire and engage the business as a whole.
