Talent & Attraction Manager

£35,000 to £40,000 + car

We are recruiting for a Talent Attraction & Engagement Manager due to our continued growth and success which will report into our Group HR Director.

Working as part of the HR leadership team the purpose of the role will be to attract, retain and engage employees across the EDAM Group. This role is key to the future growth of The EDAM Group and you’ll be responsible for ensuring our talent and retention strategy is lived throughout the business.

Day to day you will be responsible for the delivery of circa 150 hires per year. You will create succession plans for a number of key roles throughout the business and work closely with Learning & Development to ensure talent is retained. You will have overall responsibility for execution and development strategy for the business and have the ability to create and roll-out tailored attraction campaigns and measure their success.

It is important that you ensure that any potential new employees have the best possible candidate journey by ensuring hiring managers are upskilled and have the required selection tools.

Key deliverables will include; cost per hire, time to hire and retention.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Experience in attracting talent - ideally in-house

  • Commercially minded and resilient

  • Solution and result focused

  • Understand and experience of engagement theories and retention strategy

  • Experience of partnering with stakeholders up to C-suite level

  • Experience of line managing a team

  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail

  • Experience in the production/analysis of people metrics

  • Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft packages

  • Confident communicator - written and verbal

  • Excellent influencing skills

  • Desirable: MREC or CIPD qualification
