We are looking to hire an exceptionally organise, high energy Talent & Learning Administrator who will specialise in administration of recruitment, on-boarding and inducting new starters. This role will concentrate around the entire end to end life-cycle of the many different roles that work within our organisation. You will prioritise workloads to meet the demands of the Talent and Learning Team and take on additional duties where applicable.
Ensuring all administration duties are up to date and on time
Sending out contracts to new starters and uploading all relevant information onto internal systems
Managing orders such as Uniforms, cars, Ipads and booking hotels.
Attracting and sourcing relevant talent for Head Office, Retail and Operational positions using a wide range of attraction channels and methods.
Maintaining our Employer Brand through relevant communications and use of a wide range of channels both online and physical.
Deliver a positive end to end candidate experience regardless of role or outcome.
Manage the on-boarding for all new employees from offer to 1st day in the business.
What are we looking for:
Previous experience in an administration Recruitment role or sales.
A clear understanding of the employee lifecycle.
Ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
