Providing Recruitment support, you'll be able to make a real impact on the success of our clients recruitment and development initiatives. You'll also be involved in recruitment and talent projects across our clients worldwide network.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your primary responsibility will be to recruit high calibre, experienced hire candidates for the business. You will play a key role in graduate recruitment initiatives.
Taking a consultative approach, you will work with line managers to develop experienced hire resource plans and manage the full candidate lifecycle from planning and advertising to screening and making offers. High quality agencies are an important part of our resourcing alongside direct candidate sources and you will develop strong relationships with our key consultants.
Other responsibilities include:
- Proposing the Graduate Recruitment Strategy and oversee the organisation and delivery of campus events
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in the presentation of KPIs
You will have previous in-house recruitment experience and preferably some exposure to training administration, where you may support occasionally on site for training administration, booking courses, meeting and greeting trainers and delegates on the day to ensure a smooth delivery of training materials. You will be confident communicating at a senior level, have strong competency based interviewing skills and have the ability to influence others effectively.
