Talent Acquisition Specialist - Resourcer

Our client are a team of specialists within Building Design. They act as an intermediary to provide sub-contracted packages of Architectural, Structures and MEP design work, as well as recruiting within these markets.
With growth at the fore front, our client has engaged People Prospect Solutions to support in their hiring.
We are looking for 2 people to join this business as a complete rooky resourcer.
This basically means that you will come with life experience, education and a keeness to put your career on the map. As a resourcer, your responsibility will be to search out the best candidates for jobs that the recruitment consultants have won from clients to fill. You will be writing job adverts, searching job boards, posting on social media, calling candidates from the CRM, screening candidates, liaising with your recruiter about each candidate and their suitability. A great way to start in recruitment with the most support and best training you can get.
Alongside their award winning owners, well reputed business, our client has a very conscientious view on work life balance and having the right business culture. You will work a 7.5 hour day with 1 hour for lunch too. You will finish at 2pm on Friday providing you have hit 60 outbound calls over the week!!!!
