Talent Acquisition Specialist- 12 Month Contract

SF Group are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition specialist for a leading Manufacturing business in Coventry. The client is seeking an individual who will ensure that the internal processes are being followed, and play a significant part in collecting data and statistics for communication. You will be required to report in to the internal team and deliver Talent administration in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for coordinating talent processes and auditing relevant documents when necessary.

Some of the key responsibilities include;

  • Self-educate on newest sourcing, screening, recruitment and candidate experience trends and technologies to enhance overall team effectiveness
  • Assist Talent Acquisition group with scheduling candidate interviews
  • Understand the Talent Acquisition process, procedures, and practices in order to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Observe, analyse, and bridge gaps of communication within the Talent Acquisition team with internal and external customers
  • Report trends, weaknesses, and challenges within the areas of the UK
  • Analyse statistics
  • Support Talent Management team in scouting and registering in related job/career fairs, and recruiting event announcements
  • Support with employment tracking through the on-boarding system when requested
  • Provide guidance to the HR community regarding Talent Acquisition processes and communicate strategies when needed
  • Gather recruiting metrics and data from recruiters to identify successes and struggles to encourage out of the box thinking
  • Deliver the best support to internal and external team members, communicating with a sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Updating various Social Media outlets that are not set up on an automatic feed for various employment engagement/advertising purposes
  • Managing the audit of recruitment process and quality
  • Responsible for various Talent Acquisition projects and reporting required for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Manage the candidate care experience for Graduate Program and be a focal point for the Graduate recruitment campaign
  • Manage the branding material ordering and inventory for various recruitment events
  • Manage the event planning process for hosting large recruitment sessions
  • Advertising of all jobs, performing weekly job board reviews, renewing or removing certain vacancies in line with current live roles
  • Various administrative tasks as needed including site clearance

Key skills and competencies required;

  • Proven experience of working in a HR Administration or Talent Administration role
  • Experience of a recruitment system/applicant tracking system such as Successfactors, Taleo or PeopleSoft
  • Self-motivation with previous exposure to prioritising efficiently and working to tight deadlines
  • Experience of arranging interviews in an efficient manor
  • Desire to create a career within HR or Talent Acquisition
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience of creating offer documents
  • Experience of creating Pivot tables and working within Excel to an intermediate level
  • PowerPoint experience and relevant exposure of creating presentations
  • Experience of an in-house recruitment team
  • Booking of events and organising of events such as career days and fairs
