Talent Acquistion Partner (with remote working)
Our client is a globally renowned international brand and a leader within its market. With continued growth and success across its business, there is a requirement for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their HR team. Taking full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, you will partner managers on the role briefings, use a variety of sourcing channels to find the best talent in the market and manage the interview process (both telephone and face to face interviews) through to offer stage.
In addition, you will be an advocate for their employer brand and share the company culture and opportunities to individuals. Through using the appropriate hiring solutions for each role, you will use their internal applicant tracking system and after the interview process, complete all the contractual paperwork for new hires. Whilst maintaining a diverse and inclusive culture through the hiring process you will continuously look at ways of improving the recruitment process.
With a strong track record of hiring in a fast-paced and ambitious environment, you will be enthusiastic and passionate about hiring the best talent. With the ability to multi-task, you will take ownership and responsibility for the work you deliver, whilst being effective in terms of stakeholder management skills with internal managers. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your recruitment skills within a progressive and successful business and within a professional yet friendly HR team. Previous in-house recruitment experience within Corporate Functions, Sales and Account Managers type roles would be highly desirable.
