The Talent Acquisition team here are growing fast and we are now looking to add another super star recruiter (Ideally from A luxury retail recruitment background) Retail Agency or In-house

Having built a unique business model over the last 10 years whilst growing Vashi.com to become Europe's fastest growing and most profitable online jeweller.

The brand also now has 3 stores across London ( Branches include: Mayfair, Piccadilly and Westfields Luxury Village.

Expansion for further more in early 2018 (UK & International)

Role Details:

  • Partner with key business areas to drive a holistic approach to our Talent Acquisition Team
  • Strong and extensive experience working in Recruitment (agency and/or inhouse)
  • Proven track record of managing high volumes of vacancies within tight time frames
  • Attending and networking at Events and conferences / mystery shopping - headhunting
  • Discovering and promoting new and innovative ways of sourcing
  • Continuous improvement of the interview process and upskilling of Hiring Managers and Interviewers
  • Building candidate pipelines and developing innovative ways of nurturing that pipeline for volume roles
  • Using metrics and reporting to inform future resourcing decisions for Retail and Talent Acquisition

Candidate Credentials;

  • Ability to source high calibre candidates using various channels, such as LinkedIn, Job boards etc
  • Experience using Social Media tools in a Recruitment context - e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Reed
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively, thriving in a fast paced environment
  • Experienced and adaptable when it comes to change, with demonstrable experience working in a collaborative, results driven team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business

Experience Required:

  • Ability to work as part of a team and have an ability to work autonomously
  • Be a seasoned direct Recruiter who has experience with volume recruiting
  • Previous experience within a Luxury / Premium Retail Recruitment role is preferred
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
  • Professional and articulate telephone manner
  • Advanced planning and organisational skills
