Role: Talent Acquisition Partner / Internal Recruiter - Recruiting Graduate trainees / Experienced hires
Based:London, or New York, USA or Santa Monica, USA.
Salary:£25 - 45,000 + Very Strong Bonus Scheme per quarter of £8-10,000 & Benefits
My client is a highly successful recruitment brand who operate globally and they are genuinely one of the fastest growing permanent recruitment businesses in the inc 500.
The Team head count for Talent Acquisition has grown 150% since last year and they have aggressive plans to open new divisions and offices in Chicago, Hong Kong, San Francisco within the next 18 months. They have realized the importance of investment in TA and their in-house learning and development function. They hire, nurture and grow billers and future leaders for the business.
