Working closely with senior leaders, HR teams and recruitment leads you will help to ensure that you have the right people at the right time, reducing recruitment spend, improving time to hire and other recruitment metrics.
Day to day duties will be varied; you'll be accountable for the development and deployment of the global careers site, work with regional teams to optimise diverse tools like psychometrics and video interviewing, lead the 360 recruitment activity for key roles using direct and agency where appropriate, building the company's reputation using social media, be mindful of utilising existing talent and provide and outstanding on boarding experience to new starters.
I am looking for candidates who have
at least 5 years’ experience talent acquisition in an international and high performing HR function.
experience of strong direct recruitment including hard to fill roles
experience of working with international careers sites
demonstrable evidence of using recruitment analytics
experience in using psychometric testing
strong project management skills
