What's the role?

Talent acquisition partner based Manchester City Centre. It's a fantastic opportunity to undertake a talent management role for a contemporary service sector organisation who are in growth. Working closely with key stakeholders and senior decision makers, you will be tasked with delivering a first class talent acquisition service across the business.

Rolling your sleeves up & hitting the ground running, the role will initially require you to focus on some senior resourcing assignments alongside the implementation of employer brand initiatives. Ultimately delivering a recruitment strategy & initiatives in line with business objectives you will work closely in collaboration with your HR colleagues to support key stakeholders in line with recruitment best practice principles.

Who are they looking for?

A true Talent/Recruitment Business Partner, you will have proven experience of delivering an effective in-house resourcing service function; with particular expertise of corporate & scarce to find functions. You will draw on all your experience whether it may be managing third party relationships and PSL agreements, assessing current job descriptions, utilising a wide range of assessment tools and resourcing methodologies or innovative social media campaigns.
