We are looking for a highly experienced internal talent acquisition manager or senior consultant looking to take the next step in their career, to join and manage the internal recruitment for one of the UK’s fastest-growing recruitment business, Ignata.

Based in our London office, supporting the Board. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team working across all brands within the business. After growing the business by 27% in 2017, we are now looking to further expand in the UK and overseas by introducing a further 40 heads this year. This is the perfect role for someone interested in developing new ideas and managing effective talent attraction activities, who wants to join a growth environment and work with an exceptional management team.   • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to identify each business’s recruitment needs, and create and implement talent attraction strategies, and search assignments
  • Delivers high-levels of candidate sourcing to achieve individual targets
  • Source candidates at different level of seniority across for a variety of industry sectors
  • Ensure the best candidates are selected and all internal hires meet the qualifications and possess competencies required for their position
  • Liaise with the marketing team to determine the best search and talent acquisition strategies, marketing activities, job website advertising and programs to attract the highest quality candidates
  • Proactively source and develop candidate talent pools through the use of own personal networks, job websites and other professional communities
  • Develop a pipeline of key target talent audiences and actively maintain engagement of the pipeline created
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Ignata and its portfolio brands
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques and best practices - understanding how to apply them within the Ignata portfolio
  • Monitor attraction activities to determine the most effective channels
  • Assist with retention and succession planning to fulfil the needs of the business and drive future hiring decisions
  • Ensure all steps of the recruitment and hiring processes are aligned and candidates receive a positive recruitment experience

Required skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ direct recruitment experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism with the ability to earn the respect of business leaders
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Proven ability to recruit for a range of positions
  • Interest in contributing to the wider development of internal recruitment across the business
  • Influencing skills in order to be able to manage candidates and stakeholders effectively
  • Adaptable to change and have an understanding of wider recruitment objectives and priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications


  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • Rec to rec experience
  • Knowledge of UK employment laws and legislation surrounding governing employee recruitment, selection, and hiring
  • Proven experience to recruit on a national, global and multi-location level
  • Proven established network of existing recruitment contacts
