Greycoat Lumleys’ regular client is currently looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their company on full-time basis.
The Security Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment of staff in the Security Department, including Estate Control Centre and all security promotional boards. The ideal candidate can expect: Salary: £30,000 - £35, 000 per annum Hours/ Days: Monday to Friday Main responsibilities include: To lead on the organisation, design and delivery of Security Officer and Control room officer assessments To provide recruitment support Conducting interviews Attend job fairs Advertise vacancies, internally, externally- with aim to source a diverse pool of candidates Liaise with recruitment agencies
The ideal candidate will: Possess a Certificate in Personnel and Development Level 5 or above (CIPD) Have a minimum of 2 years recruitment exTalent Acquisition Coordinatoperience.
