Our client a leading Fintech company are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Consultant on an initial interim contract whilst they are looking to hire on a permanent basis- there is good potential this role could become permanent. Working in a wider recruitment of 10 you will be working in a smaller team of 2 and will be responsible for all corporate recruitment across the business. You will be managing up to 20 live roles at any 1 time following the cycle from shortlist to induction. A key responsibility will be to build relationships with hiring manager and work with them to meet their recruitment needs. This may include: advertising roles, advising on job descriptions, liaising with agencies on the PSL, negotiating rates, utilising the ATS. sourcing and vetting candidates, attending interviews and organising recruitment campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and have at least 2 years' experience in an in-house recruitment role.
