Talent Acquisition Advisor - Supply Chain

Location: Hybrid role (WFH and UK sites across the UK)

Salary: £32-43,000 + benefits

Contract: 12 mth FTC

As key member of or Clients UK Talent Acquisition team for Supply Chain, you will partner with our Client’s Frontline function, as well as the UK Talent Lead, to develop and execute high volume temporary and permanent recruitment across their U.K Supply Chain sites. You will act as a recruitment advisor to multiple stakeholders whilst managing high volume recruitment, from sourcing, sifting through to top class candidate management. .

The role:

Partner with third party agency, site leads, HR to understand the Frontline recruitment needs specific to each site and deliver the required numbers on behalf of the third party agency.

Direct sourcing of candidates using a range of methods and tools, for their factory & Logistics workers.

Manage the full recruitment cycle for above roles; posting open positions, screening / evaluating prospects to narrow the pool to the most qualified, best-fit candidates through the use of Montage, interviews and assessment centres and all administration involved with these processes up to the point of generating offer letters

Provide a best in class candidate experience to all candidates, at each stage of their application process.

Effectively articulate the organisations EVP to all active and prospectus candidates.

Support UK Talent Lead in attraction campaigns

The person:

Degree educated or equivalent

Prior recruitment experience with a large scale corporate business.

Full lifecycle recruitment experience (ideally Supply Chain)

Experience of using an applicant tracking system and comfortable with Boolean searches

Previously used community engagement as part of the attraction initiatives

Proven experience of building great relationships with internal senior stakeholders across various functions.

Previous experience of managing a high requisition load, with often changing priorities.

Ability to deal with a level of ambiguity

Confident and articulate communicator
