Active Recruitment currently working with a lovely supportive mainstream primary school in the local area. The school is looking for a few TA’s / LSA’s starting immediately.
This reputable Primary School is seeking confident and experienced support staff to work within their supportive team. The School which is based in the thriving borough of Brent, is easy to get to with parking facilities and being located near bus stops and train stations, is keen to interview individuals over ASAP with a view of starting immediately in order to have support in place for a smooth hand over after the half term break.
Reception TA - EYFS experience would be ideal.
1:1 LSA - Working with a year 3 child
Year 6 TA - Supporting and offering intervention in small groups and 1:1 etc.
TA - Offering maternity cover until the end of the academic year minimum.
These roles will require a confident and empathetic individual who can provide continuous support until the end of the academic year. This will be an immediate start and will see you committing through to July 2018 minimum with a view for it to be extended or be taken on permanent thereafter.
The pupils are already making excellent progress this academic year with the majority of the support taking place in class however, the School are keen to find individuals who is confident as the pupils can be challenging so the Teaching Assistant must be able adapt to the pupils learning abilities and implement key changes in order for this pupil to continue to achieve.
