As our new Systems Testing Analyst you’ll be part of the IT team and you’ll report into the Testing Manager. You’ll be responsible for our system analysis and looking at the functionalities of our different applications, making sure we are getting the best value from our investments and developments. You’ll be responsible for the support and testing of all our internal applications, including support for their integration with each other, and the use of the data they contain. You’ll need to look into any system errors and bring these to a swift and satisfactory resolution. You’ll monitor and manage our applications performance, escalating any errors and managing the vendors to find a resolution. You’ll also ensure that requests for support are properly logged, assigned and responded to in a timely manner and according to agreed standards and procedures.



To be successful in this role you’ll need a background in systems analysis, application support or testing. You’ll need to have a track record of record of resolving issues and you’ll need to be able to understand system functionality. It would also be great if you had a working knowledge of SQL databases and understood the test methodology and Agile ways of working.
