Systems Support Analyst

My client is growing (£1.7b turnover) and fast based business, looking for a expereinced 2nd Line / Systems Support Engineer, responsible for the support, maintenance and project delivery of over 250 users on a Windows platform.

You will have a strong experience within IT support, incident management - troubleshooting Windows and Office based applications in a corporate environment. Experience of SCCM, Bitlocker or advance Active Directory (ADFS, ADCS, GPO) is highly desirable.

Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar 2nd/3rd Line role

  • Strong Active Directory user/group administration skills
  • Demonstrable fault-finding skill and knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Office and corporate IT equipment
  • Experience of supporting Windows based environment in a multi-site, multi-domain environment
  • Experience of working in a 24/7 businesses and the flexibility to join an out-of-hours on call rota (on call payment awarded)
  • ITIL framework
