Due to continued expansion they are looking for an LMS-savvy Systems Support Analyst to join their team. This role will suit someone who likes managing systems and developing process.

Required;

  • Experience with one or more Learning Management Systems (learning and student data platforms). TalentLMS is highly desirable but exposure to something similar is OK.

Duties;

  • Managing students who are not able to access LMS using their passwords, log-ins etc
  • Managing customer interfaces to improve the user experience
  • Rectifying system failures
  • Syncing their LMS to Infusionsoft (their CRM system)
  • Distributing tickets to various that come into Zendesk (their email comms platform)
  • Assisting with changes to their LMS learning modules
  • Configuring changes across their LMS system

Other Stuff;

  • £’s; fully DoE up to approx. £25k-£35k
  • Location; based from your home / remotely with occasional (every approx. 6 weeks) meetings in & around London,
