Systems & Support Analyst (Housing Management Software)
Permanent, up to £45,000 per annum
Code Red Associates are a specialist supplier of ICT resource to the public sector, local authority & social housing sectors. We are currently recruiting for a Systems & Support Analyst with experience of working with Housing Management applications for a client based in London.
The purpose of the role will be to develop & support the organisations software systems by providing a business/systems/process analysis service, carrying out implementation of new/upgraded system modules, ensuring the all systems documentation is updated, providing a training and 2nd line support service when necessary, developing existing applications in relation to system build testing, and some reporting.
* Commercial experience working in a Systems Analysis, Implementation, Application Support Capacity
* Experience working with Social Housing Management applications (such one of the following: Civica Universal/CTX, Orchard Housing or arcHouse, Capita Academy/OpenHousing, Northgate Housing/OHMS, Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH, Kypera Housing or similar)
* Experience of working with CRM applications (such as Lagan, MS Dynamics, Northgate Front Office CRM, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM, Sage CRM, Salesforce, Frontrange, Sage CRM, OneServe, Sugar CRM, Amdocs, Orchard CRM, Civica Contact Manager, etc)
* Experience of Rents, Repairs & Estates modules
As an individual, you will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, adept at building relationships with project stakeholders at all levels. You will be customer focussed, be able to present to & influence customers/stakeholders from executive level to ground floor. In return, a 3-6 month contract assignment is on offer, alongside the possibility of extension and a competitive salary.
