This is not a 1st/2nd Line IT Support role but more of a Co-ordinator and department support position where your main duties will include:
- Processing IT change requests and issues using the service desk ticketing system.
- Ensuring quality assurance of ticket content, telephoning users/third parties as necessary to gain further information before processing.
- Data Analysis and compiling Service Desk MI reports to the business.
You will have at least 2 years' experience working for an IT department in a support role and have knowledge of SQL database queries and scripts or MS office tools to analyse data.
