I am working with a very well respected company located near Witney in Oxfordshire and they are looking for a systems administrator to provide support for their finance and HR teams. This will be a varied and busy role as it is supporting two teams.
It is a full time, Temp to permanent role – Monday – Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours a week)
Salary = £10.75 per hour
General duties include:
Running and monitoring stock and scanning interfaces
Performing regular housekeeping tasks
Assisting with training end users in the systems – procurement, workflow and financials
Providing first line support for system users and customer support for second line application support
Assisting the HR and Payroll manager with queries
Ad hoc updates to resource link
If you have strong Microsoft experience (especially excel) and have knowledge or experience of financial software applications, this could be the role for you!
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a varied workload and stick to tight deadlines, have effective problem solving and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail, self-motivation and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional personaility. Due to the location of the organisation a driving license is required.
