This innovative company based in Ashby-de-la-zouch have an excellent reputation in their industry and are now looking for an IT savvy administrator to join their team.
Your new role
You will be maintaining compliance and safety records based in both excel and in house systems and ensuring all required information has been input accurately and on time. Where necessary you will be calling contractors to find out missing information. Additionally you will assist with marketing administration which will include posting information onto the company social media sites.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent IT skills, in particular with Excel and have previous experience of posting onto social media sites for corporate purposes. You will be organised and methodical as well as being able to demonstrate your ability to work to deadlines and communicate at all levels
