System Support Desk Analyst

Your role

We are currently working with a global communications company for an experienced Systems Support Desk Analyst to join them in their London offices. In this role you will support the business by dealing with user issues through a support desk system, as well as supporting the Divisional Tech Manager in implementations, testing, documenting and fault finding systems.

Your responsibilities
  • Support the Tech Manager and team in all matters relating to Deploy Technology systems
  • Maintain and manage documentation and instructions for system
  • Provide support in a timely and appropriately prioritised manner
  • Complete projects as requested by Line Manager.
  • Support wider operations team remit where required
