System Support Analyst (Fin-Tech Technology)

A leading financial organisation which has recently been admitted onto the London Stock Exchange is currently hiring System Support Analyst within the Payments department.

Role Overview;

The key purpose of this role is to "Keep the lights on" by ensuring the business has stable systems from a day to day operational perspective.

Acts as a gate keeper for the production environment stability ensuring anything that will have a negative impact is managed effectively

Additionally, this role will eventually evolve into a leadership position where the chosen individual will be responsible for growing and leading a small team.

Key Technologies;

  • Finance, Banking, Payments experience
  • At least 3 -5 years’ experience Microsoft Server, Networking and Desktop exposure
  • Ideally some team lead or mentoring experience.
  • Understanding of Incident and problem management
  • ITIL® Foundation Certification

Package:

  • £40-45,000 basic salary
  • Annual bonus of up to 10%
  • 25 days annual leave (plus 8 Bank Holidays)
