Qualification and Skills:
Experience of reception duties and high telephone call volumes is essential
Remain professional in a pressured environment
Able to operate a variety of software programmes including Microsoft office
Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Work on own initiative
Hour of work are Monday to Friday 08.30 to 17.30. This is a 2 week cover holiday period only.
This is a customer facing role so you will need to be of smart appearance in business attire.
