Leading Accountancy firm based in the city of London seek a professional Switchboard operator to join a friendly team. you must offer a first class customer service to all incoming calls with some Reception cover. Core duties:
·To answer all incoming calls via the IP Softconsole switchboard in 3 rings.
·Update switchboard with staff and contact changes.
·To offer all incoming callers a range of options for leaving messages.
·To ensure open lines of communication at all times with other facilities team members.
·To ensure a professional working manner at all times.
·To become familiar with clients and client contacts in order to build rapport and start recognising callers.
·To ensure that all matters are dealt with in an appropriate manner and to undertake other duties within the facilities team as and when required by the Facilities Manager.
·To carry out any other ad hoc duties as directed by the Facilities Manager or Facilities Supervisor
·Experience using PC based switchboard, in particular IP Softconsole program.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·Confident and resilient, experience of working with all levels of staff.
·As first point of contact for all callers you will need to have a professional ethos and telephone manner/approach to both external and internal clients
·Exposure to a professional practice in a mid-size environment desirable.
·Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
·Reliable and flexible attitude.
·Strong team player - willing to support colleagues within the department.
