Swedish Team Leader (Social Media) - relocation to Portugal

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Start: ASAP

Salary: €21,300 per year + bonus + meal allowance

Working hours: 6am - 3pm OR 3pm-midnight

We’re now recruiting a bright and confident Swedish speaker, looking for their next international challenge!

You:

• Fluent Swedish and English (knowledge of Portuguese would be a bonus)
• A natural leader with previous experience of supervising staff or team leading (could be from retail, sales, customer service, promotions, recruitment or similar)
• Excellent people- and communication skills
• Experience of using different Social Media platforms in your daily life (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Tik Tok, Youtube, Snapchat, blogs etc)
• Well-travelled and have seen the world!
• Comfortable working from your new home in Lisbon to start with (due to Corona restrictions)

What you will be doing:

In this role you will be leading and motivating a team of Swedish Customer Service Advisors, making sure they deliver the best service possible. Due to current Covid restrictions, you will initially be keeping in regular contact with your team over video calls and meetings.
