Supported Housing Officer

Our Greater Manchester-based housing association client is actively looking for a Supported Housing Officer to join them on a short term contract initially to 22nd December.

Working across a designated geographical area, you will deliver an effective and efficient housing management service to customers living in supported accommodation. Further, a key part of your role will be to monitor the performance of Managing Agents and ensure income is maximised.

Further duties will include:

- Lettings and Allocations
- Void Property Management
- Rent Arrears
- Health & Safety
- Conditions of Tenancy
- Tenant Participation and Consultation
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Overseeing Managing Agents Relationship

Due to the nature of the role, we can only consider candidates who have their own vehicle and business insurance in place, and the successful applicant will need a current enhanced DBS certificate or be enrolled on the DBS Update Service..
