We work with people who have difficulties due to their autism, their behaviour or their level of disabilities. If you have experience in providing high quality support to individuals on the autistic spectrum, then we want to hear from you.
We are recruiting for two Support Workers specifically for customers with autism living across several London boroughs who are enthusiastic, physically active with a passion for supporting individuals with autism. Our customers enjoy visiting art galleries, swimming, cycling and having access to the community. This role would suit staff with an outgoing and vibrant personality who enjoy participating in physical activities and demonstrate good customer service. We offer training in Autism Advanced training, Positive Behaviour Support and pyscho-educational approaches in practice. Our support workers have moved on to become specialist practitioners in sectors like: Psychology, Social Work and Nursing.
As a Support Worker your duties will also include, Key Working, coordinating packages of care and support for individuals. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be engaging with a wide group of stakeholders ranging from professionals to family members.
