SUPPORT WORKERS (Full & part-time)

Salary (Starting from £18,500 subject to qualifications & experience)

Location: Rotherham & Doncaster

Opportunities have arisen at an exciting new development by Future19, one of the North’s leading providers of semi independent living accommodation for young people aged 16-18 years.

We are looking for passionate and experienced staff to work with and support vulnerable young people.

You will need to have previous experience in this field preferably within a residential support setting.

You will need to work pro-actively to form strong relationships; challenging barriers to gain trust to provide positive outcomes for each individual.

You will need energy, passion and dedication to deliver a high level of service.

Future19 believes in giving a quality caring service to all our young people, we do regular trips, days out, educational visits celebration of events etc. All our young people are allocated key workers that offer 1:1 support to the young person to empower them to develop their skills to live independently.

You will have the opportunity to further your education and qualifications within this field and you will also have access to training and mentoring from our very professional and experienced team.

We have developed some of our existing support workers to become Managers and Assistant Managers with in-house and course training.

Shifts are 5 per week split over days and evenings, Sleep over shifts attract additional pay, overtime is always available and on call duties are also paid extra.
