Quarriers North Lanarkshire Service is now recruiting for full time and part time Support Workers within our North Lanarkshire Service.
· Part time/full time staff who are reliable, Patient, proactive, focused, energetic, motivated and passionate, dedicated and committed.
· Be flexible and able to work shift patterns i.e early/late shifts and sleepover duties included (24hr support). Shifts can be agreed if unavailable at specific times.
· Supporting people with conditions such as Epilepsy Cerebral Palsy, Learning disabilities, Challenging behaviour (occasionally)
· Support required includes personal care, administering medication, support with finances
· Supporting people to meet their Outcomes, goals and achievements.
· Resourcing and encouraging activities in local community
· MUST be a driver as PWS have own vehicles.
· Be up for a challenge
We have fantastic opportunities available for experienced care staff, who are passionate about supporting individuals. We are looking for dedicated and committed support workers, who have gained experience within a social care setting. The successful candidate should have experience in working with autism and epilepsy.
Please note, this role requires the successful candidate to hold a current, full UK Driving Licence.

Successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC. Where you are employed in a service where registration is compulsory, you must ensure that you register in the appropriate category within 6 months of starting in post. After registration, there is a requirement to be qualified within 3 years.
