Team Medical are recruiting on behalf of a male client who has a brain injury, male support workers only. The client requires support with safety at all times, assistance with accessing the community, prompting of tasks and generally ensuring his well being. The client lives within the Southampton Area..the support will be working alongside a work colleague at all times.

Shift times are : 08:00 - 20:00 and nights 20:00 - 08:00 X seven days per week - full time or part time hours available - Excellent hourly rates paid.

We are seeking experienced Care/Support Assistants to provide good quality care and support to individuals within the Southampton Areas who live within their own homes. The idea candidates will have previous experience working with vulnerable individuals, delivering care and support to enhance and encourage individuals independence with everyday living.

Working with Team Medical is flexible, working full time or part time hours to suit your availability.

As a Personal Assist/Carer/Support Worker you will be providing life-enhancing care to our clients living with additional needs in their own homes.

Your responsibilities could include: personal care, assisting with social activities, aiding with clinical needs (full training is given) and assisting with other additional services that will enable our clients to live independently as possible, in line with their personalised support plan.
