About the role

Dimensions is looking for caring Support Workers at Kidderminster. We are currently recruiting for 2 houses - In one of them, we support ''Mark'' who is very creative and socially active. ''Mark'' lives in a block of flats and enjoys participating in community activities such as crafts, bingo, quizzes and going for walks along the river. ''Mark'' is in his 20's, full of life and loves a variety of activities.

In another house in the area, we support 4 people living together. Each person has varying interests and abilities. While we support ''John'' with his online college course, we also indulge ''Maggie' with spa days at home and cooking. ''Mike'' is very easy going, loves playing ball, enjoys interactive in-house activities and enjoys trying different recipes. ''Alex'' loves his walks, family interaction and creative activities. The variety of people and their activities mean there is not a dull moment for you.

We also support them with personal care and help with their mobility as required.

Shift patterns will vary weekly and work around the people we support including 8am -3pm/2pm - 10pm/sleep-ins and alternate weekends (to be discussed at interview).

About you

Successful candidates will work well with the people we support with a person centered approach. No previous experience necessary.
