As a support worker, you will be a key member of their team providing high standards of person centred care to their service users. Through a caring and creative approach, you develop good relationships with their service users their families and other agencies in order to support service users in achieving their goals and to live as independently as possible. There are part time shifts available 4-8 each evening along with full time hours.

- NVQ 2 or experience preferable
- Basic computer skills
