Your new role
You will be doing shift work throughout the week in a supported living environment earning between £9.50 and £12.00 per hour. Your main responsibilities will be supporting adults with complex health issues, learning difficulties and autism. As a Support Worker, your key role is to engage and understand the residents as well as providing practical and emotional care, enabling that individual to live as independently as possible. You will assist permanent members of staff with essential tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be motivated and passionate about helping people. You will need to have relevant experience in care and NVQ level 3 is preferable but not essential. Being a car driver is essential for this role due to the remote location of the homes
