On behalf of my client I am looking for self-motivated, eager, driven individuals to take on the role of Residential Support Workers and become part of their passionate and talented team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role will enable you to develop and gain key skills within a support role and offers career progression along with relevant training. Remaining positive, passionate and focused at all times is a key element to this role as well as working various shift patterns on a 4 days on 2 days off rotation.
Successful candidates do not require previous experience within a support or care role but will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a professional and enthusiastic work ethic with the ability to remain calm natured in sensitive situations.
