Support Worker

£7.90 -£8.15 per hour

Brightlingsea

An excellent opportunity is available for you to join a leading learning disability service provider at our service in Church Road in Brightlingsea.

Are you a kind and friendly person who has good values and wants to work with people and support them to lead an active, enjoyable and independent life?

We currently have 2 individuals living at the service who have their own individual flats and are supported individually. They both like socialising and enjoying activities of their choice which will include visiting the local shops a couple times a week and being part of the local community. The individuals need to be supported with behaviours that others may find challenging so you would need to be positive, patient and resilient with a genuine passion to support them to face day to day challenges.

Experience is preferred but not essential as you will be given all the training you require.

As well as a rewarding role we offer great rates of pay and a personalised career path which can see you progress to a Senior Support Worker starting on £8.70 per hour. Other benefits include:

Flexible Hours

Voluntary Benefits Package

Childcare Vouchers

Employee Assistance Programme
