Fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity to work as a Support Worker for a well-established Care Provider that provides services for vulnerable Adults with various needs including Autism and Complex Learning . Our clients are looking for a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join their team.
Your new role
The client is currently operating in Bridgend and is looking to expand in the near future. You will be working with people to help them develop their independence and will need to combine your professional experience and skills to work with adults on a day to day basis to promote their independence and ensure that they have fun while staying safe.
What you will need to succeed
To be considered for this Support Work role, you will need to have experience working with adults with Learning disabilities such as Autism. You will need to be compassionate, patient and level headed. It is important that you are reliable and punctual. You will need to have a genuine desire to provide meaningful, considered support and the ability to thrive in a person centred environment. We want people who take pride in the work that they provide.
