Situated in Poole, is a learning disability home, which supports up to six people. Our home prides itself on person centred care and meeting the goals and aspirations of the people we support. We encourage good communication, high quality care, building skills and qualifications in order to ensure the support we give is the right support and excellent team work. The people we support are at the centre of what we do and we strive to build their independence and confidence in order to promote a full and active lifestyle. As a support worker your main responsibility is to help the people we support meet their individual needs, abilities and wishes. Daily tasks include support with personal care, help maintaining a clean home, engaging in the community and hobbies, support with dietary needs, health requirements and whatever else the person we support may require.
