The role: Peters Dean Care assist a wide variety of residential children's homes and services for adults with learning disabilities to assist them with staff cover on a variety of shifts, including Earlys (e.g. 8am-4pm), Lates (e.g. 2.30pm-10pm), Long Days (e.g. 8am-11pm) and Waking Nights (e.g. 10pm-8am). We can work around commitments such as childcare, studies and other jobs and can offer part or full-time hours. We are committed to your professional development and will look to assist you in enrolling on a Level 3 course, should you not already be qualified.Benefits for you:

Applicant Criteria: You must have strong professional social care experience and a passion for supporting vulnerable people. We are looking for people who are keen to develop their qualifications and practice, and who have the desire and drive to be an asset on shift rather than just a number. You will need to be able to work the types of shifts mentioned above and in some areas it is necessary to be able to drive to access the services.
