Superior Care is working with a Residential Home offering supported living for adults with learning disabilities.

We are currently looking for experienced Support Workers to join our friendly team to pick up regular shifts in this popular care home. This is a challenging but rewarding role, and you could view it as a long-term position. We would expect you to have previous experience working in a care setting, although full training will be offered to the right candidate. Ideally, knowledge of challenging behaviour would also be advantageous. You will need to be adaptable and patient, and enjoy building relationships.

Regular flexible hours are available, to fit around existing work/family commitments. We offer competitive pay, including paid holiday, free training and uniforms and our Branch at Folkestone will be available 24 hours a day to support you.

We would prefer a driver with access to your own vehicle to ensure reliability for shifts.
