My Client in Wrexham is looking for Support Workers to work in their service, they support younger adults with learning disabilities, mental health conditions and physical disabilities.
As a support worker you will promote the well-being and independence of individuals with a learning disability. You'll provide a person centred service in individuals' own homes, where you will give them opportunities to develop their skills and participate within their community, according to their interests and abilities.
You will build a strong relationship with the people you support to really understand how to engage and help them develop a variety of practical and social skills. You will empathise with their problems, and provide manageable solutions.
Support Workers are required to have a minimum of 6 months experience, please apply online for more information!
