Roles and Responsibilties of a Support Worker
The role of Support Worker is an agency role for week day and alternate weekend work. This role is to support adults in the community with an array of support needs, it’s all about empowerment and person centred support, to ensure people have the right support in order for to life a valued life in society, treating them with respect at all times and valuing each person as an individual.
